Campaign Brief: TechSolutions Inc. Employee Advocacy Program Launch
Creative Concept: "TechSolutions Voices: Amplifying Our Impact Together"
This program empowers every TechSolutions employee to be a recognized voice in our industry. By sharing approved content on professional platforms, we collectively expand our reach, enhance our reputation, and demonstrate our collective expertise. It's about authentic connection and mutual growth, positioning TechSolutions as a thought leader through the genuine engagement of our people. We provide the content and tools; you bring your network and insights.
Program Participation & Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to all full-time employees across all departments. Voluntary participation.
- Commitment: Share a minimum of 2 pieces of content per month. Engage with colleagues' shares and relevant industry discussions.
- Compliance: All shared content must be company-approved. Employees must disclose their affiliation (e.g., #TechSolutionsEmployee, "Employee at TechSolutions Inc.") when sharing content that could be perceived as promotional or impacting stock performance. Adhere to TechSolutions' social media policy.
Content Bank Strategy:
- Curation: Centralized marketing team curates a diverse range of content from company blogs, press releases, industry reports, executive thought leadership articles, and relevant third-party news.
- Approval: All content is pre-approved by the marketing and legal teams before being added to the content bank.
- Accessibility: Content will be available via a dedicated section within our chosen advocacy platform (e.g., GaggleAMP). Content updates will be pushed weekly, with notifications to advocates.
- Types: Blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, company news, product updates, event invitations, industry trend analyses, and short video clips.
- Frequency: New content added weekly, with at least 5-7 pieces available at any given time.
Publishing Tools & Workflow:
- Platform: GaggleAMP will serve as the primary employee advocacy platform. It integrates directly with LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
- Workflow:
1. Advocates receive weekly email/platform notification of new content. 2. They log into GaggleAMP, browse available content, and select posts relevant to their network. 3. Advocates can customize captions (within guidelines) or use suggested text. 4. Content is scheduled or published directly to their connected social media accounts. 5. Platform tracks shares, clicks, and engagement.
Per-Platform Executions:
- LinkedIn: Prioritize sharing thought leadership, company milestones, and industry insights. Encourage personal anecdotes or brief commentary to add authenticity. Use relevant hashtags (e.g., #B2BMarketing #TechLeadership).
- Twitter/X: Focus on concise, impactful shares of news, quick stats, or links to longer content. Utilize relevant hashtags and engage in industry conversations. Tag relevant accounts where appropriate.
Targeting Note: Encourage employees to share content that resonates with their professional network. Advise them to consider their connections' roles, industries, and interests. For example, a sales team member might focus on product updates and case studies, while a solutions architect might share technical whitepapers or industry trend analyses. Emphasize value-add content over direct promotion.
Incentive & Recognition Structure:
- Gamification: Leaderboards (monthly/quarterly) for most shares, highest engagement, and most new connections through shared content. Points system for different activities.
- Public Recognition: Shout-outs in internal company newsletters, team meetings, and dedicated internal communication channels. "Advocate of the Month" feature.
- Tangible Incentives: Quarterly prize draws for top advocates (e.g., gift cards, company swag, professional development course vouchers). Annual grand prize for consistent top performers (e.g., extra PTO, conference attendance).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Reach: Total impressions from employee shares, amplified reach.
- Engagement: Likes, comments, shares on employee posts; engagement rate.
- Website Traffic: Clicks back to company website from employee-shared links.
- Lead Generation: Number of MQLs/SQLs attributed to employee advocacy (if trackable via UTMs).
- Employee Participation Rate: Percentage of eligible employees actively sharing.
- Content Adoption Rate: Average number of unique content pieces shared per advocate per month.
